I went to visit a doctor of traditional Chinese medicine to 're-structure' or..
're-adjust' my backbone and spine..

I cant describe the picture whn he was 're-adjusting'..
em...he like this..did this and that, asked to pose like this and that..
then...can listen loud 'cracking' or 'clerking' sound..
....emm..

going to meet him again nxt few days.
