-Taipei trip(starred forever buddies)-
first gathering, yet the last one as well...
*******
prolonged memories and moments,
however, they are dashing as fast as lightning.
I will never understand the reasons and the ways time passes so fast, that the little girl has now grown, still recalling the moments playing with her barbie dolls, that the little boy has now grown, still nostalgically recalling the days playing in the mud during rainy days....

I will always remember..
"I will always love you~"
Dedicated to all of u~

All the best and, promise me, must always stay happy and healthy!!!!

represent a part of singapore's uniqueness?
How will a foreigner think about Singapore as a whole after watching/listening those clips?
Perhaps, Singapore society isn't solely consist of the phenomena that u've heard/watched.
There are something more.
U will never know unless u involve urself and delve in the life of singapore society.

Bananas for medical uses PART II

Depression: According to a recent survey undertaken by MIND amongst
people suffering from depression, many felt much better after eating
a banana. This is because bananas contain tryptophan, a type of
protein that the body converts into serotonin, known to make you
relax, improve your mood and generally make you feel happier.

PMS: Forget the pills - eat a banana... The vitamin B6 it contains
regulates blood glucose levels, which can affect your mood.

Anemia: High in iron, bananas can stimulate the production of
hemoglobin in the blood and so helps in cases of anemia.

Blood Pressure: This unique tropical fruit is extremely high in
potassium yet low in salt, making it perfect to beat blood pressure..
So much so, the US Food and Drug Administration has just allowed the
banana industry to make official claims for the fruit's ability to
reduce the risk of blood pressure and stroke.
Brain Power: 200 students at a Twickenham (Middlesex) school were
helped through their exams this year by eating bananas at breakfast,
break, and lunch in a bid to boost their brain power. Research has
shown that the potassium-packed fruit can assist learning by making
pupils more alert.

-Quotes_-

"People only cheat when they are missing something in the relationship."

"Those who look only to the past are certain to miss the future."

"Never take back someone who left you when you needed them."

Bananas for medical uses(PART I)

Never, put your banana in the refrigerator! !!
This is interesting.
After reading this, you'll never look at a banana in the same way
again.

Bananas contain three natural sugars - sucrose, fructose and glucose
combined with fiber. A banana gives an instant, sustained and
substantial boost of energy.

Research has proven that just two bananas provide enough energy for
a strenuous 90-minute workout. No wonder the banana is the number
one fruit with the world's leading athletes.

But energy isn't the only way a banana can help us keep fit. It can
also help overcome or prevent a substantial number of illnesses and
conditions, making it a must to add to our daily diet.

Can you imagine?
Today's really a rainy day, from morning till night, almost whole day.
wow, is not it like a waterfall?cascading from the third floor to the earth...
despite the rain....
I went to immigrant centre to extend my visa. see the uncle? he was studying my documents in detail. from the spot i sat, looking out through the window, there's a small garden....

**********
after that, it's lunch time...
of course, again caught in the rain, though with my white raincoat on...
still some portion of my cloth was wet.
Next Station: Little Star Restaurant

In sequence, the dishes are served as following...............
1stly, the bread with a plate of weird source, together with a glass of champagne-like juice.
followed by cheesy soup with sliced ham, and a fried Bamboo shoot which is imported from China.
Next, main dishes are served.

spaghetti with Squid/Sepia's inner juice/source. yiaks, seemed disgusting. but not too bad. doesnt taste weird.

Double cheese seafood baked rice. cheessyyy...yummmyyy~~!! i m loving it.
Hold on...desserts are coming..~
a small slice of chocolate cake...really just a small slice of it...a piece of cake!!!
lastly, on the dining table was the cup of cappucino.
but why? isn't beverage supposed to be served before the meal? emm... ?? -doubt-
anyway, it doesnt really matter.

**********************
it keeps raining....
I went to London Pie to have my dinner.
oh~i just realized that I had western food for each of my meal...
I met a lot of seniors and classmates and peeps..
it was like, apart from the underground compound, London pie becomes a landmark, a place for they and me to gather, for they themselves to gather in the future days as well, after SEP drawn to a full stop.=)
it's really fun standing in the rain, under my colorful umbrella, in short pants and a pair of slipper, eating spaghetti while observing and listening them joking, playing fool with Tauke, chit chatting............
I really just happened to bump into them.perhaps, fate? =)

oh~whole entry only with regards to food/meal ...=.="
wondering how hungry I am always to be? =.="

6/6/2008
NCKU underground crew's celebration!
more updates coming!

stay tuned...
