in fact, it's a gathering, with classmates and lecturer. The expenses are sponsored by school, as there's an official regulation, that every semester the specific department should allocate some amount to organize the gatherings between teachers and students, in order to bond with each other and from teachers' perspective, to get to understand more deeply their students' circumstances and activities.
Isn't that is the most reasonable regulation that i've heard of!??!?
So I hereby suggest that NUS should follow. =)
